I can tell you that Joe worked a miracle with my case. I was charged with DUI and possession tampering with evidence interfering with law enforcement and a few other charges. I was told that I had to take two classes within a few days after being bonded out, which I did. I struggled trying to find the right law firm to represent me, and then I got a letter in the mail from his law firm and at the last minute I came up with the money to pay for his services and I called and was sent to an answering service and I thought here we go I’m not even going to get to speak to the lawyer himself. Then the next day he called we spoke briefly and without me asking he told me things to do right then to try and save my license. I ended up hiring him and normally the first court date i wouldn’t have had to go to court but having felony charges I had to go. The day of court I drove 4 1/2 hrs down. To Savanna and ineas supposed to meet him 15 minutes before my court time but he was tied up in another court room. I was nervous I would be called up before he could get there but he texted mee and assured me he would be there. He walked in and came over and said I have some good news just set tight. I set there for about an hour and the judge ask him if he had everything worked out with the DA and he said yes the DA gave him a paper and the judge signed it and he came over to me handed me a piece of paper and said all the charges have been dismissed and I was free to go. I was shocked and didn’t believe him but he said don’t get into any more trouble and have a great day. I wanted to kiss the man but I shook his hand and ran to my truck and drove strait home. The man worked a miracle in my case.
